Notifications are communication tools that provide real time awareness of new or assigned chats, deliver system updates such as export completion, help agents prioritize urgent tasks like complaints or high-priority inquiries, and support internal collaboration by alerting agents when they are mentioned in whispers or when chats are taken over.

Notifications Preferences

To ensure you stay informed and responsive, AskYura provides two types of notification delivery. You can customize your experience by enabling Style & Behavior alerts for immediate audio or Distribution notifications to keep track of important updates directly within the platform interface.

Style & Behavior

Style & Behavior lets you configure real-time alerts for time-sensitive events. You can control sound, desktop, and web alert notifications — enabling agents to instantly notice incoming chats, assignments, or updates while working.

Distribution

Distribution lets you choose how each notification type is delivered. You can enable email notifications, in-app notifications, or both — ensuring you stay informed about important updates such as assignments, conversation activities, and system processes.
