Notifications Preferences
To ensure you stay informed and responsive, AskYura provides two types of notification delivery. You can customize your experience by enabling Sound & Desktop alerts for immediate audio or Email & In-App notifications to keep track of important updates directly within the platform interface.
Sound & Desktop
Sound & Desktop Notification is a notification type that plays an audible alert on the agent's device when an important event occurs, helping agents notice incoming chats, assignments, or updates instantly while working.
Email & In-App
Email & In-App Notification is a notification type that sends email alerts related to in-app events, ensuring you stay informed about important updates, such as assignments or system processes, even when you aren't actively using the application.
