AI Search
The AI Search feature helps you quickly find information from Knowledge Base articles. It works similarly to a smart assistant that can understand the context of your questions and provide relevant answers.
How to use AI Search
1. Submit your question
Type any question related to the articles and press enter

2. View the chatbot's response
The chatbot will generate a response in 3 sections:
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Answer | The chatbot generates a response tailored to your question, providing relevant and concise information based on the context you provided. |
| Sources | A list of articles and references that the chatbot used to formulate the answer, allowing you to verify or explore the information further. |
| Predicted Article | The chatbot suggests the article that most closely matches your question, helping you find detailed information quickly and efficiently. |

3. Clickable Sources for Easy Navigation
You can click a source to see its detailed information, and you can also jump to the article by clicking "Go to Article."
