Bot Satisfaction

Bot satisfaction report shows complaints or issues raised by a human agent regarding the AI agent's responses.

Filter

You can search reports using keywords from the question, additional reason, or generated response. Filters are also available to narrow results by human agent and report reason, helping you focus on specific feedback or performance insights.

Human Agent Reports

From the human agent side, reports are submitted directly from the conversation area by selecting a report category and providing feedback. Once submitted, these reports will appear in the Bot Satisfaction report list for further review and analysis.
