The Knowledge tab is where you describe your business in the Business Description field. The bot uses this as context to understand your business and answer customer questions accurately.

Business Description
The field provides a template to help you cover the most important information:
- About us → What your company does, its type of business, location, and where you serve customers
- Products or services → Your main products or services, including prices and payment options if relevant
- Hours and contact → Your operating hours, time zone, and ways to reach you
- Policies → Key rules customers should know, such as refunds, cancellations, or warranties
- What we don't offer → Things customers often ask for that you don't provide
The Business Description can contain up to 10,000 characters.
Tip:
Filling in What we don't offer helps the bot give a clear answer instead
of guessing when customers ask about products or services you don't provide.
