Using the Audit Log

The Audit Log is valuable for several purposes:

  1. Security monitoring — Track who made changes to critical settings such as bot configurations, assignment rules, or user permissions.
  2. Troubleshooting — When something stops working as expected, check the audit log to see what was recently changed and by whom.
  3. Compliance — Maintain a record of all system changes for internal audits or regulatory requirements.
  4. Team oversight — Monitor team activity to ensure that changes align with your operational procedures.

Review the Audit Log regularly, especially after unexpected behavior in your workspace. The log can help you quickly identify the root cause of issues by showing the most recent changes.
